Customers must be located in West Virginia, be on a wifi accessible laptop or computer, or a wifi and GPS accessible mobile device (android, iOS phone or tablet) to place bets. Please note, android e-reader, Microsoft Surface tablet, Google Chromebook are not compatible devices.
