Hart, Darrell B. On Sunday, June 12, 2022, Darrell Hart, loving father, grandfather (papou), and avid sports fan passed away at the age of 68. Darrell was born on February 1, 1954, in Manchester, New Hampshire to Nick and Alice Hart. He attended Central High School where he was a top student and an all-around athlete playing Baseball, Basketball, and Football. He matriculated at Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. He was a graduate assistant for the Spartans Basketball team and was proud to contribute to their 1979 NCAA National Championship. In 1981, he married Diane Hart and they raised a son, Nicholas. In 1994, he married Andrea Trimble Hart with whom he raised a son, Sebastian. Darrell had a passion for sports as a player, coach, and fan. He closely followed his favorite Boston teams; the Celtics, Patriots, and Red Sox – often traveling nationwide to support them in person – and passed this passion to his sons. Among his cherished possessions was a classic red Corvette – which he spent countless hours personally maintaining – exemplifying his love of cars. An avid golfer, he played daily as a member at Las Colinas Country Club where he loved spending time with his friends, fellow members and the entire staff. Darrell’s community engagement included serving as a basketball coach for Hopkins students, coaching his sons’ baseball teams, serving as a Director on the Board of Twin City Co-ops Federal Credit Union (now Spire), as well as working with Goodwill Industries and Habitat for Humanity. Darrell was preceded in death by his father, Nick, his mother, Alice, and brother, Darcy. He is survived by his two sons, Nicholas and Sebastian, and his grandchildren; Audrey, Darcy, Mickey, and Brody. A graveside service will be held on June 30th at 11am in Manchester, NH at Pine Grove Cemetary. Darrell wished to be honored as he lived, bringing celebration and joy to all those around him. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted by the family to honor his memory. Condolences:
